There is no purchase necessary to enter this contest. The official entry form will be on this site during the contest period posted on the Welcome Page of the contest. Any photos submitted for the contest must have been taken within the last calendar year. Photos entered in the previous year's contest will be disqualified. Winners will be chosen by popular vote. Names of sponsor(s) and prizes(s) will be listed on this site. The names of the winner(s) will be published in the newspaper. By submitting an entry in this contest you agree to have you photo entry published in the newspaper and online. Employed associates, immediate family members and independent contractors of Freedom ENC Communications and parent companies are not eligible to enter. Once the winner's name and address has been confirmed the prize will be distributed. Winners will be notified at the email address used on the registration form. The winner must respond to the prize notification via email or telephone within 10 working days in order to claim the prize. If not, the prize is automatically forfeited. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age to enter.
