There is no purchase necessary to enter the Down & Dirty Online Photo Contest. Photo(s) submitted must be of a dirty or beat up motor vehicle. Other photos will not be accepted. The Havelock News and havenews.com reserve the right to refuse entries. The official entry form will be posted on this site from Wednesday, June 25 through Tuesday, July 22, 2008. Winners will be chosen by popular vote. Voting will be conducted on this site from Wednesday, July 23 through Sunday, August 10, 2008. The names of the winner(s) will be published in the Havelock News and The Windsock on or around August 13 & 14. Winners will be contacted via email. Names of sponsors and prizes will be listed on this site. By submitting a photo in this contest you agree to have it published. Employed associates, immediate family members and independent contractors of the Havelock News and parent companies are not eligible to enter. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Must be 16 years of age to enter.
