There is no purchase necessary to enter the Mother & Child Online Photo Contest. The official entry form will be posted on this site from Wednesday, April 16 through Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Photo submitted for the contest must have been taken within the last calendar year. Winners will be chosen by popular vote. Voting period will be from Thursday, May 1 through Thursday, May 8, 2008. The number of winners will be dependent on the number of sponsors secured for the contest. Names of sponsors and prizes will be listed on this site. The names of the winner(s) will be published in the Sun Journal on Sunday, May 11, which is Mother's Day. By submitting an entry in this contest you agree to have your photo entry published in the newspaper and online. Employed associates, immediate family members and independent contractors of the Sun Journal and parent companies are not eligible to enter. Once the winner's name and address has been confirmed the prize will be mailed within 14 business days. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age to enter.
