There is no purchase necessary to enter the Baby's First Christmas Online Photo Contest. The official entry form will be posted on this site from Tuesday, December 8 through Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Winners will be chosen by popular vote. Voting period will be from Wednesday, December 22 through Thursday, December 31. 2009. Names of sponsors and prizes will be listed on this site. The names of the winner(s) will be published in The Daily News on Tuesday, January 5th. By submitting an entry in this contest you agree to have your photo entry published in the newspaper and online. Employed associates, immediate family members and independent contractors of The Daily News and parent companies are not eligible to enter. Once the winner's name and address has been confirmed a check request will be processed. Checks may take between 6 to 8 weeks to process. Winners will be notified at the email address used on the registration form. The winner must respond to the prize notification via email or telephone within 10 working days in order to claim the prize. If not, the prize is automatically forfeited. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age to enter.
