There is no purchase necessary to enter the What’s Cooking Online Holiday Recipe Contest. The official entry form will be posted on this site from Wednesday, October 21, 2009 to Tuesday, November 3, 2009. Winners will be chosen by popular vote. Voting period will be from Wednesday, November 4, 2009, through Sunday, November 15, 2009. Voting may be done up to one time per hour during each day of the voting period. Names of sponsors and prizes will be listed on this site. The names of the winner(s) will be published in The Daily News on Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Recipes will remain on this site until January 5, 2010. By submitting an entry in this contest you agree to have your entry published in the newspaper and online. The Daily News reserves the right to refuse any entry submitted. Employed associates, immediate family members and independent contractors of Freedom ENC Communications and parent companies are not eligible to enter. Once the winner's name and address has been confirmed the prize will be mailed within 14 business days. Winners will be notified at the email address used on the registration form. The winner must respond to the prize notification via email or telephone within 10 working days in order to claim the prize. If not, the prize is automatically forfeited. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age to enter.
